"Thank you for your integrity. I was at a Fod dealer the day before coming to you and was told I needed to spend $1800.00 on my transmission. You did your free Check up and fixed my truck for $380.00 and the truck runs as it did when I first bought it. I will recommend you to anyone that needs transmission work. Thank you very much."

In late 2007 I purchased a used Isuzu Rodeo from a private seller and to my dismay started experiencing transmission trouble almost immediately. I received a referral to Canyon State Transmission for repair and quickly brought my vehicle in for service to the location very near my home, approximately 90th St and Via Linda in North Scottsdale.
After careful inspection, the gentleman at the North Scottsdale location informed me that I would need an entirely new transmission. He explained all my options for repair, payment and warranty before I gave him permission to begin any and all work needed. In addition, he explained that I would need to bring the vehicle in for follow up inspection within the first few months of completion. In anticipation of a 480 mile road trip to Albuquerque New Mexico I was sure to arrange this inspection prior to my departure.
When I called to schedule this follow up, I learned that the location I originally brought the vehicle to was no longer available. However, the gentleman I spoke with, Vic LaTempa, was extremely accommodating. Considering the location available was no longer as close to my home as before, he offered to wait until after hours for my arrival ensuring I receive the follow up inspection before my travels.
Unfortunately, I did experience some issue with my transmission on my way to Albuquerque. What could have been a very frustrating situation was made tolerable simply because of the efforts of the employees of Canyon State Transmission. Not only were they wonderfully receptive to my scenario, but they went out of their way to make the necessary process for repair both in Albuquerque and upon my return to Phoenix. The office manager, Stephanie, was an absolute charm to work with and even the technicians familiar with my location within New Mexico took time from their day to help guide me to the best possible resources.
In conclusion, I was able to return home safely and have my car repaired as necessary all due to the utmost consideration I received from all members of the Canyon State Transmission staff. The integrity, work ethic and moral value of their customer service and product should be applauded. I will continue to personally utilize their services, if ever a need, as well as refer my friends and family to their establishment.
Sincerely,
